Zenobia graduated from Wesley Girls High School, Cape Coast in 2006. Upon completion, she took part in a 1-year exchange programme with AFS (American Field Service) in Zürich, Switzerland, where she learned German. After the exchange programme, she took a gap year and did internships at Golden Tulip hotel, Accra and La Palm Royal Beach hotel, Accra.

Subsequently, she went to France for 7 months to study French wines and cuisine at Gastronomicom, Cap D’Adge. In 2008, she enrolled at the University of Nicosia, Cyprus, where she graduated with a BSc (Summa Cum Laude) in Hospitality Management and was awarded best graduate in the department.

After completing her undergraduate degree, she moved back to Ghana and completed her one- year National Service at the district assembly in Awutu Senya, with the welfare department. After her national service, Zenobia pursued her inevitable calling in the family business, by taking over the brand management of Zeno’s; manufacturers and distributors of natural yoghurt and allied products. She spearheaded the creation and introduction of Greek yoghurt onto the Ghanaian market, making the company the first in Ghana to produce Greek yoghurt locally.

In 2015, she pursued a long time passion by setting up the first yoghurt bar in Ghana and possibly Africa, at A & C Mall in East – Legon, Accra, with the aim of introducing and encouraging the consumption of real natural yoghurt through the introduction of yoghurt based creations. The yoghurt bars great success led to the opening of a second branch in 2017 at the Labone Coffee Shop.

In 2020, Zenobia completed an MBA from Lancaster University, with a specialization in Strategy. She hopes to maintain, encourage, and solidify a love and appreciation for yoghurt and a knowledge of its health benefits- a passion that has been at the center, all her life. She is also keen on promoting young female entrepreneurs to become self reliant and to contribute meaningfully to the countries economy.

Zeno's Way

A WAY OF LIFE

Zeno’s has always been my way of life and I have been its best customer! I founded the yoghurt bar to promote and encourage the consumption of real natural yoghurt. The yoghurt bars give me the opportunity to meet Zeno’s customers and create personal relationships with them. For me, its not a business, its my life. I encourage young females to pursue their dreams, even if it is in sectors that are not considered trendy.
